it's such a shame I've been dealing with these guys for the 10 years and today I drawed my last straw I had issues with my clippers I paid for them to get repaired and tuned up and not only was the service bad but I got an attitude from the whole staff. I really hope it wasn't because of my skin tone because you can never judge a book by its cover I've been a professional for over 20 years and I just thought I'd let my beard grow and suddenly I'm being treated differently.... such shame the customer service is going down the drain. the worst part about it I drove over 40 minutes to come to you guys and I still get no appreciation. I've been a loyal customer since day one and now I have to take my business elsewhere......
