I went in with long hair....I asked for a cut..we agreed on a length....ended up with it being ALOT shorter than agreed....my bangs...wanted them trimmed and just shaped up....the were long bangs..to my chin....i specifically said a longer side bang...just cleaned up....well she chopped them...ended up with short choppy bangs....i was in tears....the master stylist had to come and see her damage..there literally was nothing she could do to fix me...now they are all uneven...my shortest piece is above my eyebrow.....i look horrible....my 9 year old gives her barbies a better haircut than the haircut Cat gave me......stay far away from her.......she definately should take another class in hair cutting......

Got the perfect cut from Chissy today- I always get great service at this place and Chissy knows short hair.
