Norma Cook at Z-Cuts has been doing my hair since I became a student on limited or no income. My normal hair dresser did an Exceptional Job on my hair, but without the six figure income I received before retiring in 2003 when I relocated to Las Vegas, I couldn't afford his rates for just walking in the door. Norma did my nappy African American hair styles for half the price, and over time, we have become the bestest of friends. She was at my Grand Opening of Ruby Zandra's Blue Jazz Society back in 2009, and has been supporting me by listening to all my issues and providing good feedback to my problems all why giving me great hairstyles to look good for my events. I love Norma and ZCuts. Can't get better service for less or more than she charges me. And I can't buy a better friend at any price. .
