Rico has been cutting my hair since 1980-ish when he was in Middletown. Have NEVER had a bad cut. Very calm, professional salon. I have since moved to Florida, but every time I visit CT, I make an appointment with him. Have never found another salon or stylist that comes close to Rico and The Cut Above...Linda D.
