would not cut my hair as I asked 3 x... every woman 45 and over walks out with a bob, an inverted bob, or graduation haircut and style....color good though..only reason 3 stars is because of the relaxed atmosphere and "pampering" with 2 people taking care of you at once...but answering cell phones while cutting a clients hair? no.
