Wonderful experience. I've been going there for sometime now, and they take such good care of their customers. If you don't like it, they fix it without blinking. My daughter has changed hair colors several times, and there have been times after she got home that she decided it wasn't for her. We simply make a phone call and they redid it at NO CHARGE. I'm very particular about the cut and I've come out of there 100% of the time happy. Which is more than I can say for other places that I've been. Of course, you know what they say. You get what you pay for. They may be little on the costly side, but they are worth EVERY penny of it.
