Caroline (aka Sweet Caroline) has a special knack in working with new, skeptical clients like myself. Due to countless hair fiascos in some of the finest salons, I find it very hard to build a confiding relationship with hairdressers even if they have years and years of experience. My first visit to Paul Mitchell Academy in Danbury was once-in-a-lifetime experience. Miraculously, Caroline found a way to work with my dry, tangled, damaged hair with skill and proficiency. After a thorough hair and scalp assessment, she managed to convert dry, damaged hair, into smooth, silky, straight hair and relieved my dry, itchy scalp into a soothe, re-hydrated scalp. Her interpersonal skills and technical competence easily reassures reluctant clients like myself. Although she is considered a stylist-in-training, she already demonstrates mastery in the hair and beauty industry! Without a doubt, Paul Mitchell educates and employs the finest!
