Joy has been doing my hair for about 15 years - As time passed and I've gotten older I experienced severe baldness due to my thyroid condition. I was very distraught about it, as now I had to wear a wig. Although, Joy did my wigs to as close to look like my hair as possible, I still wanted to wear my own hair. Joy told me she was going to check into Hair Replacement or some other means so that I could wear my own hair. Joy kept researching until she found a solution. She found a solution to my hair problems, I am happy that I can finally take off the wig and wear my own hair out in the back...I've gotten so many compliments about my hair, but most importantly, I'm happy and feel great that I finally feel like myself and look like myself. Thanks to Joy/Phyllis. Joy is creative and she really cares about her clients and very talented - no one can touch my hair except Joy. Not only did, Joy, assure me that everything was going to be alright, but she went above and beyond to find a solution to resolve my issues. Today, as a result, I can honestly say that I am VERY pleased with my hair and I commend Joy for a job well done.
