After every haircut, they shave the back of your neck and give you a hot towel neck message. AWESOME!!! M.U.G. is hands down the absolute best place for a haircut. I've been to the gimmicky chains and they don't even come close to the service and atmosphere of M.U.G.

so after waiting for MUG for an hour and a half with the a sign on the door stating "back in 5 minutes" i went home and called the corporate 877 number. within 20 minutes i received a phone call from this store offering an apology for any inconvenience and i was assured i'd be taken care of on my next visit. the poor girl had car trouble and was very gracious on the phone when she called. MUG is back in my good graces and i am sure they will take good care of me the next time i visit. keep an eye on that oil level honey, you're re-hired.

Normally this place is very good. The hair cuts and also customer service, but today there is a hand written sign on the door stating "Back in 5 minutes. Thanks" I waited there for an hour and a half for these people to get back. From 3pm to 4:30pm and nobody showed up. Quite the change from the norm. You're fired.

Very cool place at Westgate. I got a great haircut and customer service was impressive also. I'll definitely be back.
