My first experience was GREAT!!!! However i made an app. for the second time and she was A NO SHOW..... I pulled up to the shop and it was closed. She didnt even call me to cancel.I drove passed there the next day and it was open.I called her to see if she could squeeze me in for a trim, i told her about the stand up the day before... Didnt even get a sorry or an explanation!!!
