House of Brown Beauty Salon - Barbershop in Pasadena, Texas

I decided I was ready to do the big chop and cut my hair. I had a specific style and color I wanted. Walked in the shop and there was this guy who literally made me sit in his chair (now I know why). Anyway when I first told him all I wanted done he said he would charge me $60.00. When he finished he changed the price to $100.00. When asked about the price change he said it went up because of the extra work. When I walked out of the door to my car I looked at my hair and started crying. It was nothing like I asked, he used a blue dye instead of what I wanted. It was uneven and he curled enough of my hair to hide what he didn't do. I was humiliated and pissed. I will not return to that salon.
