Halo Designs - Barbershop in Vancouver, Washington

I've had my hair cut by Charlene, the owner of Halo Designs for many years. Though I live in Portland Oregon and don't drive, it is more than worth my while to find my way to Vancouver to see her. (In fact, for quite awhile I was spending $40 for cab fare each way to reach her.) I have very difficult hair to cut and she cuts it so precisely that she once won first prize in a national contest based upon a photo of my hair. There are few stylists who can cut highly precise geometric styles. But Charlene (and her colleague Galina, who once cut my hair when Charlene couldn't) welcome the challenge. They are highly trained, extremely professional, and talented. Hardly a day goes by that I don't get complimented by a stranger about my hair. Sometimes there are many compliments in the same day. I hope to be visiting Charlene for haircuts for the rest of my life. She's that good.
