worst haircut of my life I received today at the Genesee/ Court st location. First of all, she never put in any layers like I wanted or the side bangs I asked for. All the other customers had their hair blow dried while she sent me home with wet hair. Never even asked me if I liked it. Never going there again you couldn't pay me enough.

Have been going there for years and every one is relaxed and and funny. The girls are great and the owner is nice to but I just don't want a dude cutting my hair. 5 stars and more

Less than 'one star' if you have a problem and do not like their work '-( Haircut is very uneven and color they did not completely covering.....I am a fair person and went back today 4 -7-12 and Gave them the opportunity to fix the problem but they would not "-( So sad
