Hair Cuts Plus II - Barbershop in Clovis, California

I have been going to this salon for years and I have found that whoever I have they are consistently polite at the very least. As for great service, great hair cut...Ask for Sara, she's been doing my hair now for two years and I really love her!

Apparently what you describe and what you get will be two different things. I took my son to get a taper and they buzzed off all his hair! I was embarrased to leave the shop with it looking so crazy. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They butchered my son's hair and then when I said that's not what I asked for they said, "IF, you decide to come back we can add notes to your account ..." what?! Why not take good notes initially and we wouldn't have any problems? Didn't feel like they cared if they had my business or not. The manager was an airhead and offered no other consultation other then described above for destroying my son's hair. I was embarrassed to leave the shop with my son looking like that.

Spend your money elsewhere! I have used this salon several times. This time (5/17/11), instead of the cut I requested, the stylist suggested a "Morrocon flatiron", "It's only a couple of dollars more". She did the flat iron, and while surprised at the results, decided to give it a try. While checking out,, I was shocked that the flatiron service was as much as the cut. Still stunned I purchased the suggestedproducts. The flatiron might have looked nice on a much younger woman (I'm 60) with thick hair (Mine is rather thin and fine.) I tried living with this, hoping things would get better, but my hair had become dry, rough, and wouldn't hold a curl. I called the salon today (6/2/11)to request a corrective cut at no charge, and appropriate products for my hair. I was told that they have a "3 day policy", and that they would do NOTHING! I will never go back, of course.
