I am a local Madisonian with complete alopecia, needing a full wig at all times. I am extremely disappointed with Gene's, being extremely expensive and not having courtesy or caring for a person with no hair. After 7 years with no hair, I am still embarrassed by my condition, and Gene's treated me very poorly. I definitely feel they are only after the money and have no concern for actually helping people deal with their hair-loss conditions. I will never go back to Gene's since I get much better prices and services in any other big city in the area, it's definitely worth the drive away from Gene's.
