The staff is very knowledgeable in the hair industry, they make recommendations for treatment of your hair and the staff welcomes everyone like family they share very intellectual conversations so your not leaving with just a great hair cut or new hair style your leaving with devine wisdom.

Ms Jones displayed excellent and professional customer service. She explained hair care techniques and product knowledge, she was patient and kind, she did not rush through the process. I would recommend this salon and her as the stylist. thank you so much for making me beautiful again.

The Finishing Touch experience is far above any barber shop I visited in the last 10 years. You get treated like your the most important client every time you come in. They staff is courteous, attentive,well trained and take time to make sure your experience is a positive one. They are one of the rare places very customer service is still the primary focus.

Oneil is a great barber and does excellent work. Overall atmosphere of this establishment is superb I would recommend this salon to anyone !
