Spent 2.5 hours getting roots and highlights just to come home under good lighting and see my roots were the same! Called to have them fix it thinking they would get me in ASAP, nope said it would be several days. Asked for a refund to go somewhere else and was told no only the GM can do that and she won't be in for a couple of days. Either the girl was lying or that is the worst example of customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone
