omg GOD same here I paid 100.00 AND MY HAIR CAME OUT UGLY I CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME I WENT BACK AND TO GET IT FIXED IT WAS WORSE... THE SHOULD CLOSE THEM DOWN!!! I HAVE TO CHOOSE A STAR ITS 00000 BUT I HAVAE TO PUT ONE FOR REVIEW TO GO HRU.
I have never written a bad review about a place of business but after the way I was treated I just had too. I went to complain about a service I paid for at this salon. Not only was the hair stylist rude and unprofessional but when I asked to speak with the owner (Esmer) she was worse! They both did nothing to fix the issue and basically told me it was my fault. If anyone should have been mad it should have been me but as any normal person would, I remained calm and collected during this whole ordeal. I myself am very disappointed with this salon. I expected more class and professionalism.
