When the nail tech started my nails I could tell right away that she didn't know what she was doing. The acrylic was bumpy, and uneven. I kept telling her that she missed a spot and her response was always "I'm going to file them." She did but on some of them she filed most of the acrylic off and they're paper thin. They were also completely square. These nails had pointy edges, not even rounded off. The man (who I'm guessing was the owner) saw them, painted them, and apparently saw nothing wrong or was too lazy to fix them. The lengths are completely off, much longer on one hand than the other, and some of them were filed on the side and look like rectangles were glued on my fingers. Again, I told the man about this and he said he didn't see anything wrong. I know my nails are short and it might be hard to work on a smaller nail, but I've never had such a horrible set done ever. I have pics on another review site so ppl don't think im exaggerating as to how square & horrible they are.
