I will never go here again!! I went because it was right by myself so I thought hey! Lets give it a try... I went in for a wash n set for my relaxed medium length hair.. At 1st everything seen to b right .. She washed it roller set it n sat me under the dry.. Than after a 35-40 dry.. She took my rollers out b began to blow out the roots like expected... Unfortunately that's when I got upset she had blew dry my hair for atleast 30 mins tryin to get it super str8 when I asked for a under bump with some bounce I have never had my hair dried like that EVER And after she blew it out she TRYED to flat iron my already blew dried hair smh.. She used sooooo much heat my hair so so dry and brittle in 2 days and after she was down she tried to spray it with sprits!!!! I will never be returning
