my son gets his haircut by VINNY at custom cuts 3 cartoons for the kids soft music for adults and all NFL channels.
The barber named Ruben in Custom Kutz 2 has been cutting my boys hair for a long time and they always get compliments on their haircuts. Wonderful atmosphere and super nice barbers. The best in Hampton Roads!
So close to base but more than that. This is the best haircut I've ever had. Not to mention the shop was super clean and the atmosphere was perfect.
