I think the owner should acknowledge any customer who walks in, this is your establishment and if you want more business you need to be a pleasant, friendly,caring person,as this will spread the word to others to try out your salon, I found this untrue in this case, sorry you lost a customer, and I will not be back, I had my hair done 3 times and nothing changed.I am giving you 3 stars only because the stylist was great!
Being new to the area, I had tried several salons, but when I found Colaizzi's, I found personal attention, friendly staff and a relaxing experience there. I have been with stylist Kimberly Muchoney for the past two years, and have been totally satisfied. However, the entire staff is friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to accommodate their customers.
I have been following megan for severel years,, she really does excellent updo's and coloring/highlights. plus her personality is very funny/kind/sympathtic/ she is always there for you for Any reason. so stop in and ask for Megan!!!! thumbs up!!!!
