Some personnel could use a lesson in customer satisfaction. Bad cut given and barber stated that he could care less about loosing one customer since there are a million of them out there. Personal activities came before work

Ice is an excellent barber, he cuts my husband's hair. He gave my son his first haircut and he's been cutting his hair for 5 years. The shop has been recently upgraded with flat big comfortable barber chairs and flat screen televisions.
