I started off my day in a horrible mood but that changed as soon as I walked though the door at Salon Forte. Bart & Lydia are an amazing couple. Bart started out in the business as Vidal Sassoon's first apprentice in the U. S. and the skill shows in Bart's work. Lydia is an artist who both paints and gives lessons. Both are as positive and fun as they are knowledgeable. I got a terrific hair cut as well as really enjoyed my time in the salon. No doubt I will be a regular customer.

An artist, an ace entertainer, who excel in their field of hair care. Their expertise is as wide as their talent and interests. You can receive a menu of services from cut, color, highlights, to hair replacements in which they specialize. If nothing else it's worth the field trip to the salon just to experience the energy of this dynamic duo. Salon Forte is a destination that should be on the 100 places to visit when in NY list.
