Set up an appointment to take daughter in for relaxer. I dropped her off and when I picked her up hair was styled. I noticed two days later hair was not laying properly and asked my daughter what type of relaxer. She said they did not give me a relaxer. I was charged $70.00 for a wash. I called the shop and they told me that is what I asked for a wash and trim. I tried to explain that was untrue. I would never have paid that much for that. She washes her own hair. I told them to check the computer and I was told that a relaxer was in the computer and the girl apologized stating that there were new staff memebers and that someone would call me back. I asked for the owner to call me back. She never did. I did receive a call back from a staff memeber to tell me that what I said was a wash. I told her don't worry about it I would not be back and if it had been done correctly in the first place I would have never had to place a call in the first place.
