I went here yesterday to try to go blonde. I was using box colors and it always left my hair with so much red in it, I thought I would never get blonde. I met Paula at Alfie's. She had me look at books to see what I wanted. She told me realistically what I could expect. She was so awesome and answered all my questions. All the staff was excellent. I left the shop extremely satisfied, and am sporting the most beautiful shade of blonde!!! Thank you Paula, will definitely be back!!!
